Spearheaded by Mr. Raul de Molina, board member of the Voices For Children Foundation, fashion aficionados gathered at Neiman Marcus, Coral Gables Merrick Park, to help end child abuse in Miami-Dade County.  Held on April 20th, supporters witnessed the debut of the new Louis Vuitton collection, Cosmic Blossom.

During this exclusive cocktail reception attendees learned more about the work of the Foundation, enjoyed each others company, fabulous music and generous libations.  “Seeing everyone turn out to end child abuse and neglect is heart-warming,” said Nelson F. Hincapie, President and CEO of Voices For Children, “It strikes a cord that each one of us has a responsibility to these children — to ensure that each one of them has a voice, and that we can work to guarantee their right to a safe and loving home.”
As a result of the event, Louis Vuitton donated a portion of the event sales to Voices For Children to further ensure that every abused and neglected child has a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem and that financial assistance and other resources are available for their accompanying heath, educational and social needs.

Voices is grateful for all of those who attended and chose to Be a Voice, including but not limited to: Carolina Rodriquex, Connie Montoya, Marita Reyes, Pamela Silva, Rodner Figueroa, Luly Valls, Marcelo and Lourdes Fanjul, Leo and Lourdes de la Peña, Debrah Daly, Charlotte Tripson, Enrique Lopez, Irma Martinez, Don Francisco, Silvia Tcherassi, Lily Estefan, Maria Celeste Arraras, Stephen Brunelle, Leta Saveikis, Maria Luisa Mendoza, Gabriel Abaroa, and Luis Balaguer.
